The online building information system at Walsh Bay offers a number of services for residents, owners, the executive committee and building management. These include:

  • Resident portal - allowing direct communication via internal messaging and maintenance requests can be submitted directly to building management
  • Parcel system - providing notifications by SMS, email and printed slips. The concierge processes around 150 notifications each week
  • Access to daily consumption data for energy, water and gas. Approximately 30 meters in the precinct are monitored
  • Community portal - allowing residents to access documentation, agendas, meetings, manual, by-Laws, floor plans etc
  • Market Place - facilitating buying and selling in the community
  • Shops and trades can promote discounts or specials to residents
